She was recognized by Boston Common magazine as one of Wellesley’s five "Big Budget Brokers.”

As a Massachusetts native, Kathy is an expert on all of eastern Massachusetts Real Estate, consulting with appraisers and advising clients about the towns that would be their perfect fit. She has helped to settle families in homes in Natick, Newton, Weston, Lincoln, Wayland, Needham, Southborough, Sudbury, Watertown, Framingham,Westwood and Cape Cod among other beautiful areas in and around Boston.

A graduate of UMass, Kathy has lived in Wellesley, where her husband was born, since 1990. She is a Past President of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board Council O and past member of The Wellesley Junior Women's Club, Wellesley Gardeners Guild, Wellesley PTO and Teen Center. She has been a Vice President with Prudential Town & Country for twelve years.

Kathy is married to Don, her husband of 30 years, who as a licensed agent,  partners with her on many of her real estate transactions. Her two daughters, Caitlin and Kara are both outstanding examples of the benefits of a Wellesley Public School education, having graduating from Providence College and Harvard now gainfully employed in Boston and New York.
